Hi there, I’m Emmy Marie (she/her). I’m a trauma survivor, certified trauma-informed coach, NARM practitioner, and educator with a mission to help others reclaim their power, reject shame and walk boldly toward a life of balance, freedom, and joy.

Private 1:1 Coaching

I help clients globally increase their sense of self-compassion, feel safer in their bodies, and move toward their intentions for life, career, and relationships in a trauma-informed way through virtual one-on-one coaching sessions.

Online Courses & Programs

I offer a couple of different self-paced courses and live group coaching programs throughout the year focusing on topics related to relationships, authenticity, self-acceptance, and more!

Monthly Membership Group

Trauma happens in isolation; healing happens in community. I created a low cost monthly membership community for trauma survivors to gather, learn, and grow together.

The things we’ve gone through don’t have to define us. My mission is to help individuals who have been through painful past circumstances like abusive relationships, difficult childhoods, or other forms of hardship discover their power, honor their experience, and move forward toward a life of freedom and joy. By developing radical self-compassion, cultivating safety within, and learning to reject the voice of shame, I’ve stepped into a life I used to dream of, one centered in hope, empowerment, and peace.

  • I started the 1:1 program feeling physically and mentally exhausted because I prioritized other people and never had time for myself. Everything completely shifted by the end of the program. I learned how to slow down. I stopped doing things for others when I was barely getting by myself. I started to listen to my body and honor its needs. I got curious. I questioned why I was doing things certain ways, and if those ways didn’t make sense, I changed them. Slowly, small changes added up and I took back control of my life. Now, I prioritize myself without feeling guilt, and I make decisions based on what I want and need.

A BIT ABOUT ME

My gift is seeing the power within ALL trauma survivors.

Because I know what it’s like to survive something you thought would destroy you.

After a 3 year long abusive relationship that left me with complex PTSD, I spent years of my life repeating the cycles of trauma because I was too ashamed to look at what I went through with compassion. Everything changed when I began to honor my truth and turn toward my pain with care instead of trying to escape it.

As a trained and certified trauma-informed, somatic-based coach and NARM practitioner, I’m now able to help others create lives and relationships that align with their values and desires experiencing trauma. Doing this work is fulfilling beyond my wildest dreams.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, and love reading fiction in the sun, cuddling my dog, and exploring my way through new cities.
